CBS are a Specialist Security Company, providing specialist operatives for specialist assignment. We therefore ensure that all our staff are trained to the appropriate standard prior to deployment for duty with clients.

All employees must undergo a very stringent recruitment programme which ensure that we only recruit the best calibre of personnel, who will work to the CBS standard.

 Assignment Training

Training with CBS is ongoing. We believe that there is no substitute for professionalism and good, proper training instils this in a person. Prior to being deployed on an assignment an operative will receive full assignment training which will include any special requirements that the client may have.

Each operative is able to run an assignment on their own initiative but will be given the help, assistance and back up of the team leader, operations manager and directors.
