Selection Process

On receipt of an application for a position with CBS, the candidate must first complete a comprehensive application form in the presence of the recruiting manager. The person is then interviewed where assessments are made on the following:

  • Writing and written skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual ability
  • Mannerisms
  • Protocol.

All questions on the application form must be answered to the best of the applicants ability as this will form the basis of them being employed and properly vetted. A declaration must be signed and dated by the applicant in the presence of the interviewing officer to the fact that all information on the form is true to their knowledge and that they understand that any false statements or misrepresentation could lead to dismissal at a later date.
