Quality Statement
CBS will strive
to exceed customers' expectation in the quality of the
service delivered and comply with the Health & Safety
at Work Act 1974, and other statutory requirements.
We recognise the importance of customer care and customer
satisfaction and by strict adherence to a policy of
ongoing service monitoring, will ensure that our staff
will at all times carry out their duties in accordance
with the Client Service Policy as adopted by CBS.
As an integral and vital part of this policy, our entire
team will be fully and suitably trained in all aspects
of security procedures, prior to the commencement of
a contract. This will enable us to meet if not exceed
the required standards.
Regular meetings will take place to allow all levels
of staff to contribute positively to reviewing the quality
in the delivery of service provided by CBS.
From the commencement of a contract CBS
will provide written Assignment Instructions which will
set out the method by which the assignment will be managed.
This will be agreed by the Client. Our adherence to
these instructions will further ensure the quality and
uniformity of the service provided. |
